Charcoal:How to say charcoal in Farsi(which is Persian)

“zeghal cheweb”…this is the phonetic translation

mylanguages.org/farsi_romanization.ph This is where you paste the Google Translate Persian word & press CONVERT to convert it to LATIN characters(which is what they call Phonetic English), Then you have to copy & paste that phonetic Latin into their next page called CLEANUP where it adds some vowels & fixes the phonetic to be more correct…

زغال چوبThis is what the word charcoal looks like if you translate it in Google Translate, but for some reason Google translate doesn’t have the listen out loud or phonetic function for Persian???

http://translate.google.com/ This is the Google Translate website where you can get the word in Farsi, which is Persian…(But if you want to pronouce the word you have to go to the Mylanguages.org site above & do the two step process of convert then cleanup…!

Ok, so I had a piece of Indium metal…I wanted something to put it on to wear it against my neck…I went to Yorkville avenue in Toronto to a lady who sells rocks & gems & some leather or silk cords with clasps…I showed her the metal & she got me a leather cord with a clasp…I put it on & it was perfect…Here’s a picture,

indium metal is like bismuth but stronger
indium metal is like bismuth but stronger

So I explained what Indium metal was…Indium is like Bismuth…I realized that was too hard…Charcoal…Bismuth is Charcoal…Indium is just like charcoal but much much stronger…

Indium is an anti-epileptic, an anti-insomniac, corrects fluorine excess, & is good for people with ALS (lou gehrig’s)…

Charcoal…Then I explained what charcoal was…When you burn wood & it turns black that is Charcoal…

The lady was from Kabul in Afghanistan but spoke Persian (Farsi)…

She said ah! Zoral!

Zoral I figured was charcoal…

Later I came home & decided to check if we were talking about the same thing…

Turns out it is harder than I thought to get a phonetic English to Persian translation of charcoal…

I finally figured out how to do this…

Type charcoal in to Google Translate…

Copy that Persian word…

Go to the site linked above, the language .org site with the Persian to Latin device on it…

Paste your Persian word in…

Click Convert…

Copy that “latin” word…Phonetic is Latin…to this device…

Click on the word “Cleanup”…

Paste your “Latin” word into the box, press cleanup…

“zeghal cheweb” is what charcoal sounds like in Persian…

I think she was saying just “CHAR”…Zeghal…

I think char-coal is two words in Persian…Cheweb I think would be coal…

I am guessing…

Joseph(my husband) said ZORAL, which is how she pronounced it sounded like a Zorastrian word…ZORAL means fire…or ZORRO…

We seem to get alot of Zoroastrians in Canada…They are a rare lot, they like birds & get kicked out of countries…

Canada is special that way…Anybody who gets kicked out of their home country, ends up in Canada…We are a nation of grateful rejects…We are a nation that can herd cats…We are a mosaic of people from the corners of the universe…

This makes me feel proud & warm inside…

I actually am liking Zorastrians now…Now that I know they like birds so much…Plus they like FIRE & I am a huge fan of fire…
