Today, I made an appointment to hear the results of the dumb needle biopsy…

The appointment is for Friday at 2:30 pm with Dr. Cil, an oncologist at Princess Margaret Hospital & also at Women’s College Hospital…

Considering the overwhelming statistic of false positive bias in this field, I am certain that they will tell me I am dying of a dread disease & the only cure will be to cut off parts of my body, then radiate & drug them until I am anorexic & old looking…

I remain hopeful…

Today I did alot again…Empowered by the giant bottle of Vitamin D drops probably…

We had to upgrade our modem to accomodate the added needs from our new Netflix tv watching habits…We upgraded to like 350 Gigabytes, & at the same time, Sophia from Rogers on the phone, gave us a 30 dollars a month discount on our services…Because Rogers new packages were actually now cheaper than what we were paying but had more Gigabytes, so she maybe felt guilty about that…Anyways, we got way more stuff & are now paying less money than we were for the way less stuff we had…So that was a good thing…

I did an application for a Mastercard from Shoppers Drug Mart for Joseph online, because we buy so many day to day things there that it made sense…Joseph likes getting the billions of points they give if you are a loyal customer…Myself I think it is a marketing ploy to get you to buy more, but if it makes him happy, that makes me happy…

More toilet fixing news:(I know you are so excited to hear this news!!!)(possibly sarcasm)…

I finally got a toilet auger(which is a snakelike thing) from Canadian Tire…I snaked our master toilet with this auger thing & it totally worked…Phew! Toilet seems to be basically working now…(Plumber will need to come in later just to check my DIY job in case I broke code or something…)

Turns out the toilet in the guest bathroom has been leaking…Joseph confessed this to me after realizing that I am pretty handy at fixing things…

It appears that the gasket, a rubbery circle thing that sits in between the toilet tank & the back of the toilet bowl part, needs to be replaced…Easier said than done…

The parts are cheap, $9.99 gets you 2 bolts, wing nuts washers, & a new rubbery gasket thing…

Problem is this…

Ok so I have to empty all water out of toilet tank…Turn water off by turning dial thing all the way to the right…done…

Flush toilet…Sponge out remaining water into bucket by hand…

Unscrew top of hose that attaches water to toilet tank…This required me buying an adjustable wrench because my adjustable wrench wasn’t quite big enough to grab the thing that needed to be unscrewed…But fine I got it…Unscrewed the 2nd inner thing two-new wrench came in handy again…Good purchase…

Ok…The two bolts inside the bottom of the toilet tank that attach all the way through to the toilet are rusty…Waah…Not a good sign…Got some squirty oil lubricant from Automative section of Canadian Tire store & squirted that all over those rusty bolts…Must wait overnight for oil to settle into the rust…

Also got a large flathead screwdriver that is really long…My screwdrivers have normal heads that aren’t wide enough to grab a rusty large flat bolthead…Please God let me not strip the screwheads tomorrow…If I can’t get those bolts unscrewed tomorrow, well, I am screwed…ironically…

If I can, I need to lift that tank off the toilet, like lean it on its side really, then remove the faulty degraded rubber gasket underneath, & replace it with the new one…Then put everything back together again…

Sounds easy, but there is a stupid countertop like right above the toilet so I can’t see into the tank that well & I am going to have to work on an angle…How dare the architects put a countertop over a toilet so you can’t repair the toilet if need be???

I bought a book online called Ikkuma, by Gary Leblanc…I have not read it yet so I am not going to hotlink it here…No wait, here is the website address, http://www.ikkuma.ca The website has all sorts of cool health & fitness information…My neighbour recommended this book to me today…It looks good though I am judging a book by its cover…
