DIY Mammogram made easier…

So you found a lump in your breast…You are freaked out…You immediately go raw vegan, walk 10 kilometres a day, drink wheatgrass & licorice root powder & take high potency Vitamin D3 capsules…Awesome…(BTW-these are all things that I am doing & DO recommend)…

But how do you know if all this is working? How do you know if things are getting better? Well, start taking pictures…You may not know this but your point & shoot digital camera can see under the skin to your lump…With your computer’s editing program you can even see the chemistry of the thing…

This is a photo of a lump in my left breast…Taken with an 8 megapixel Sony DSC-T100 point & shoot camera, set on Macro, with Flash on, held just a few inches from where the lump is, in the bright light of my kitchen…

Uploaded to my Mac desktop snow leopard, to the iPhoto program…Go to Edit…

First, ENHANCE…(in Quick Fixes)

Then in EFFECTS, click on BOOST as far as it will go(9 times for me)

Then in Adjust, see the setting in the picture below…

I have Definition, Highlights, Shadows & Sharpness ALL the WAY Up…

Most importantly I have BLUE ALL the WAY to BLUEST…

Saturation all the way up, Contrast all the way up, & I have checked avoid saturating skin tones…

There you go…That’s it! You can now see what your lump looks like…

The White is Calcium…To get rid of calcium you need Iodines…

Reflectivity is iron…To get rid of iron you need Manganese…

Purples are Phosphorus…Phosphorus is what makes these lumps spread…To get rid of Phosphorus, which is the MOST important thing to get rid of, you need Coppers…

Copper is found in Licorice root, Wheatgrass, St. John’s Wort…So my favorite thing for ¬†turning a malignant lump into a benign lump is Licorice root…Alot…

Every day you can take your own picture & see how your lump is doing…Fewer purple ants? great! That means less Phosphorus & less Cancer!!!

This will help you to track your own progress as you try to get rid of your lump…

Sometimes the medicines you take will make things better…Sometimes worse…This is a great way to check…
