While getting rid of a breast lump I went on a mainly raw plant based diet with fish & seafood as my cheats…The picture shows one of my creations, which I varied a bit from day to day…

Here is what is in that bowl today…

Salad dressing:

Dijon horseradish mustard(several large globs)

Apple Cider Vinegar(some healthy squirts)

Olive Oil(a generous pour)

Squeeze a whole lemon & let the seeds fall in too & eat them they are healthy & anti-cancer 

Salad:

grape tomatoes(a whole lot)

sugar snap peas(an entire bag)

sesame seeds(like a cup-alot)

a nut & seed mix with dried cranberries & raisins & pumpkin seeds & nuts(a whole bagful)

one tin of smoked mussels for protein with the oil too

one green apple chopped in pretty big pieces easy

shredded cabbage salad with some other shredded stuff like brussel sprouts & carrots(one half bag)

a giant avocado in big pieces

a Fork…

Netflix:am currently watching Damages with Glenn Close, & more stars but am too hungry to write them down…

Eat a giant salad daily…at least one…Have been eating leftover salad at breakfast & sometimes lunch too…Tons of energy!

Lost 25 lbs without feeling hungry…

Now I look at restaurant food & think :”my salad is better!”…

Morning update(Aug 16, 2014)

am going to look for a measurement ruler for pictures program now to
help me measure inside pictures…

Ok…(Later this morning of the 16th…9:57 am)

Turns out measuring things in Macro in a picture is hard to do…

So this is what I did…

I took out my measuring tape & guesstimated how big the lump is by feeling it…

About One inch exactly today…

So that means that in the picture, the circle of the lump is about one inch in diameter in the photo…

So, in the free Mac Paintbrush program, I drew the circle & put some rectangles beside it with notch marks just to help me guide how big things were in Macro…Note:My notches are not real measures, I just needed something graphlike to get an idea of how big things were by eyeballing the notches & the circle…

Here is that hand drawn Macro Ruler…

So again: The circle in the picture is the same size as the circle of the lump in my Macro real picture of the lump…

Ok so then…

I opened the real picture of the lump in Mac Preview…

Then I opened the picture of my new Macro ruler, grabbed the circle in the ruler picture, & pasted it on top of the real lump…

Of course, the circle sits on top of the lump easily because that is my control circle…

But tomorrow & the next day & the next, I can use this same control circle, just pasting it on whatever new Macro picture I take…

This will help to document in pictures, how the lump is shrinking with my protocol…
