2 new tutorials:Getting rid of a breast cancer lump, & How the human machine works(& how to repair it)…by Sari Grove

So…I was looking at my books & realizing that maybe I could make some of that information inside more immediate…Also, possibly a little more step by step logical…I have been thinking of putting together an online course, but in the meantime I created 2 new tutorials on a site called Tildee…

The first tutorial is a summary of the best steps I took myself to get rid of a breast cancer lump…I, in fact, wrote Book 3, Book 4, & Book 5, to track my progress in figuring this problem out…So the tutorial is the result of alot of research & time…It’s good, so I’ve been told…

The second tutorial introduces the reader to our Grove Body Part Chart way of thinking…It is the basis for all of our books in the Grove health Science series(read them all here for free http://www.grovecanada.ca)…Once you “get” the Chart, your whole view of disease & health will fall into place…It really is a great way of seeing things…

So without further adieu, here are those 2 new Tildee tutorials, free of course!

“Getting rid of a breast cancer lump…” Tutorial…

A new way to understand how the human machine works…(& thus be able to repair it when things go wrong!)Tutorial…

Step by step DIY Mammogram at home…

So you have a lump in your breast…Sigh…Maybe it’s been called Breast cancer…Maybe not…Either way you want to get rid of it…Maybe you are following my RepoWoman protocol to get rid of it…See the previous post on this Blog to get a free PDF copy of RepoWoman right now-the ‘how to get rid of it’ protocol…(There are pay for versions on Amazon Kindle or as an Amazon paperback, but why pay if I am dumb enough to give you a free copy?)

Ok, so first, take your top off, go somewhere with good light(kitchen is good by the stove), set your camera to MACRO with FLASH ON, hold your camera pretty close to where your lump is, like 2 inches away, & take a picture…Check it…You may need a few tries to get the whole area where your lump is in the picture…

Upload your pictures to your Mac computer to iPhoto…(Sorry, I only use a Mac…)(but maybe the other computer editing programs will be sort of similar?)

In Edit Mode, in Quick Fixes, Click ENHANCE…

In EFFECTS, Click Boost as many times as you can, for me it goes 9 times total…

In Adjust, SLIDE the sliders for Definition, Shadows, Highlights, Sharpness-ALLTHE WAY TO THE RIGHT…

Still in ADJUST, Slide the CONTRAST & SATURATION sliders all the way to the right too…

FINALLY,in ADJUST, SLIDE THE BLUE_YELLOW SLIDER ALL THE WAY TO THE BLUEST…(in my case far left)

You will see your lump now under the skin…You will see its shape & you will see its chemistry inside of it…

If the lump is relatively clear, then it is mostly just Calcium & Iron & its is benign…

If the lump has dark spots in it, like dark purple ants is how I see it, then you have Phosphorus & it is malignant…

Go read RepoWoman(in the previous post) to see what to do next…

(Hint:One of the most important things you can do is start to take some form of very strong Licorice Root…

Licorice root is a highly absorbable COPPER that KILLS Phosphorus…

Killing Phosphorus means you kill spreadability…

The thing that makes cancer scary is spreadability, which is the Phosphorus stuff, which is like mold…

Taking the Licorice root(extract is strongest, tea is not bad, capsules are ok, boiling the herb is pretty good)handles the spread problem…

If you just control spread then all you will be left with is a lump…A relatively benign lump…Not scary…

Read RepoWoman to get the rest of the protocol…

(If you buy a copy, that is neat for me, because even though the $1.99 Kindle price doesn’t make me rich, it does feel good to see the tiny royalty reports…)

Prison has its rewards(ok so I only watched Orange is the New Black), but it gave me confidence to replace a Toilet Fill Valve!

http://www.avedainstitute.ca/locations/toronto Aveda Institute is a hair school in Toronto located near to King street & Church street…Today KAYLEN, who is a student there, stopped me & my husband at the Eaton centre, held my hand, & asked me if I could be her hair model…

I happen to be in that in-between awkward stage where I am growing my hair in back to long, but for now it looks like I am channeling Don King…(for those who don’t know, Don King’s hair sticks straight up from his head, like my hair does right now, which is why I am using tons of conditioner & have invested heavily in stretchy bandanas…https://www.etsy.com/shop/HalleBand?ref=l2-shopheader-name Here is the link to the awesome headbands I am wearing in the 3rd picture below…

You will note my blue tongue…7-11 opened up on Yonge street south of Bloor (west side) & they were giving out free Slurpies today…I obviously had a Blue Raspberry Slurpee…(is it ee or ie, I think ee…)

Ok, secretly I am a Bolean…(The blue race of people’s on Star Trek)…

Now to the big news…

Today I replaced the “Fill Valve” on our toilet…If your toilet is not working, it is probably a clogged fill valve, & it is such a cheap part, you might as well just replace it…(I couldn’t get the cap off to clean it, so I gave up, but I hear it is not really worth doing if the fill valve is old & gross…)

First you turn off the water…Turn that valve thing close to the ground on the left side of your toilet, all the way to the right…

Then empty the whole toilet tank…Take the lid off the back of the toilet…Flush the toilet till all the water runs out…There will be some left…Get it out any way you can…Old towels, Sham Wow mop it, sham wow towels(yes I am a sham wow fan), mop, anything…Clean that water out till it is dry…You will be unhappy later if you don’t…

Go to a hardware store or Canadian Tire store or Home Depot, & buy a replacement fill valve that is exactly the same model as the one you have…Ours was the Fluidmaster Performax 400…Cost $19.95…Yes they are cheap…

Next day…(Because you are tired)…Unscrew the hose that is under the left side of your toilet…There will be two things to unscrew…Unscrew the first one, then unscrew the second one…Your goal is to get that hose to be not attached anymore to your toilet…Word of Caution: Have a large bowl or large cup like a measuring cup under your unscrew area to catch the water that will drip out or run, I promise…

Also, have towels already behind & around the toilet before working because water drippage is a pain…A dry area is a happy area…Plus it’s like toilet water…Ew…

Having a nice bergamot grapefruit hand squirt soap is nice…I washed my hands a billion times while doing this work…http://www.noahsnaturalfoods.ca/retailer/store_templates/shell_id_1.asp?storeID=25253C03182E4524ACDDB4F565E2742F Noah’s Natural Foods on Yonge south of Bloor east side, has grapefruit bergamot hand squirt soap…

Ok, back to fill valve…Once you have that hose disconnected from the toilet, your old Fill Valve is basically free to go…Possibly there is a thing that has to be unscrewed in that same place where you unscrewed the hose…A white plastic thing…Unscrew that if you need to…Your old fill valve can now be removed…

Pull it out…The thin black hose part that is attached to your fill valve just needs to be slightly tugged at to unclip it from the white tall tube inside your toilet tank…Anyways…

Pull out the Old Fill valve…Stick the new one in…Screw in that same plastic washer(but a brand new one now) under the toilet…Screw back in that hose, rescrewing everything that needs to be rescrewed…

They give you that thin black hose thing that attaches to the fill valve…Stick it into the right place…Stick the other end into the white tube…(Inside the toilet tank)…

You are done…Fill a bucket full of water & fill that toilet tank until it is about half an inch below the top of the white tube…photo

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wQF36T3qeco In case you want to watch a professional video on how to replace your fill valve & probably fix why your toilet isn’t flushing anymore, here is a Fluidmaster video on Youtube…There are plenty more amateur videos & forums which I used too…The most important thing to know is that YOU, yes you, can do this yourself!
